TROJAN cutting blades and consumables have a unique formula and process, it can be fully cooled and reduce thermal damage. In addition,

they can wipe off debris accumulation while cutting, easy to clean, can make the table and the entire cutting room clean.

Wafering blades have very thin cut width, are recommended for precision cutting/ sectioning or when cut width loss needs to be minimized.

There are plating, resin bond and metal bond 3 types configurations with Diamond, CBN, Silicon Carbide etc.

Material: A metal core with diamonds nickel plated to the rim.

Application: For cutting PCB, plastic, fiber composites resin or soft non-ferrous metals.

DR Diamond plating Wafering Blade

Application: For cutting hard, brittle or delicate materials including ceramics, composites, carbides and

exotic metals

DM Diamond Metal Bond Wafering Blade

Application: For very hard or brittle materials, glass ceramics, stone.
